In most cases in a full 32v32 match a few people switching teams, high or low level, wont really change the outcome of the battle so long as the pre match balancing is done well which sometimes it isnt. The 2 main issues are unresponsiveness when switching weapons and some hit registrations issues and both are fixable. Mordhau is far from perfect too, some animations are almost unreadable.
