It is rare for any other application to do that, since each core gets assigned to different tasks, which aren't all equally as computer-intensive. When running Cinebench R23 temp go up to 90-91, why is the temp so much higher in sinebench compared to Intels stress test? I also tried adjusting AVX Offset in BIOS, but the temp is the same when running Cinebench.
