Important Items WebMABAC is an informal cross-country league formed in the 1970s. The name derives from “MA” (from MAGIC – Matthew Arnold Gym Instruction Class) + “BAC” (ex British Aircraft Corporation). There are currently nine member clubs. Races are held throughout the year in Surrey and SW London, and often there’s a pleasant pub to head afterwards.
