Before the last update in exactly the same position I was getting FPS of 40-50 & those FPS were limited by the GPU. After the update the FPS are being limited to 20-25 (and can go much lower) & the above mentioned thread is doing the limiting, presumably now on the CPU.

The motherboard isn't great but then FS2024 isn't demanding on the CPU and it's quite capable handling a 3600/X/XT processor. Probably even a 3700X if you don't get (crazy) ideas of overclocking it.
