Give it time to open up though and things get decidedly creamier and richer with chocolate pudding, coffee grounds, and marmalade. WebThere is a Michter's Bourbon, but this isn't it. Under American law, bourbon has to have at least 51% corn in it, and Michter's Sour Mash Whiskey has less than 51% corn. Simply Awesome! It doesn't get much better than this. Smooth but complex. Sweet caramel, vanilla and toasted oats. This is a simply awesome Bourbon.
