Thomas has got a bit of a nasty dry skin patch just on the edge of his lips in the corner - if this was me I would just use my blistex creme which I use every day on my lips anyway. Can I use this on Thomas? I've put a little bit on once or twice over the last few days but am now worrying that it's the wrong thing to use.
